Te Aratini Indigenous Peoples Week

FIRST NATIONS AT WORLD EXPO 2025
 

The Department of State Development is supporting three South Australian First Nations companies to attend the Australian First Nations Product Showcase and Networking event at the Australia Pavilion on Thursday 7 August at World Expo 2025.

The companies will be welcomed by Australia’s First Nations Ambassador Justin Mohamed followed by the launch of the First Nations Exporter Guide. The event will include pitches from the First Nations businesses and a product showcase for invited participants.

DIRAMU SKINCARE

Diramu Skincare, founded by Dominic Smith harnesses native plants for healing and wellbeing, integrating research and experience across the beauty, agricultural and biotech fields to create products that nourish the skin and spirit.

SEVEN SEASONS

An Indigenous food entrepreneur, founder Daniel Motlop, uses traditional methods of harvesting to create the world’s oldest new flavours inspired by the seven seasons of the Larrakia people.

The event is part of Te Aratini Indigenous Peoples Week being held from 4-10 August 2025 at World Expo 2025 Osaka.
